Take a look around —
Access through a secure electric oak gate, with two private parking spaces available at the rear.

At the back, the garden opens onto a breathtaking clifftop setting, complete with a hot tub, sun loungers and an outdoor dining area. Unwind soaking in the tub beneath the stars or relaxing with a glass of wine as the sun sets.
To the front, a charming south-facing courtyard awaits. Here, you’ll find an outdoor kitchen with a gas BBQ, a casual dining area, comfortable seating and an outdoor shower. For four-legged guests, the woof wash is fitted with a hot and cold water mixer tap to make rinsing sandy paws easy.
Ground —
Step into a light-filled full height lobby, the perfect place to pause as the sun casts soft shadows across the smooth concrete interior.
Behind an oversized oak door lies a spacious bedroom with a bespoke floating king-size bed and private seating for two, ideal to watch the spectacular sunrise or sunset, overlooking the garden and clifftop hot tub.
Our second bedroom is angled to frame the ocean and cliff views, while the third offers quiet seclusion, bespoke cabinetry, and an ensuite with a striking cobalt-blue glass door and cast-concrete shower.
The family bathroom is a sleek retreat with a freestanding stone bath, walk-in shower, and heated towel rail.
First —
A floating steel staircase with oak treads leads you into a bright open-plan living space where floor-to-ceiling glazing reveals breathtaking 360° views of the ocean. The hidden kitchen blends seamlessly into sleek black Forbo and birch ply cabinetry yet provides every luxury, including NEF double ovens, warming drawers, fridge freezer, induction hob, Smeg toaster, Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine and Quooker hot tap. Dining can be a relaxed breakfast at the banquette or a more formal gathering at the eight-seater table. The lounge, centred on a log burner, offers generous sofas and coffee tables for unwinding with a book, board game or film. Sliding doors open to a balcony with a bistro set on reclaimed Cutty Sark decking, the perfect spot for a morning coffee.
Beneath the dramatic glulam beams you’ll find three private rooms: a stylish cloakroom, a calming master suite with floating super-king bed, and a spa-like en-suite with oak walls, stone bath and walk-in rain shower with complimentary products from The Goodwash Company. Between the suite and the glass-walled snug lies the Gallery, where contemporary works by Welsh artist Jon Llewellyn are displayed and available to purchase.
The snug is a favourite hideaway, intimate yet open with a corner window framing the beach below. A sofa by the fire and a TV create a space suited to quiet reflection, watching the world go by or enjoying a cosy movie night.
